This 6-hour excursion takes you to the unusual Russky Island. Here, you will admire picturesque views of the Pacific and will visit a number of forts and batteries which were built at the beginning of the 20th century. The part of the Vladivostok fortress located on Russky Island, is a Russian border point with Japan. One of the most interesting objects on the island is the Voroshilov battery, which operated until 1997. Today, tourists from Japan have a very strong interest in whether or not the battery still operates and in which direction the artillery is facing.
