Use the search engine to find trains and see availability for a particular date. Please be aware that frequently, trains do not leave every day, therefore you may have to enter in a few dates to find exactly the train that you are looking for.
In search results, you will see all trains that run on the selected date. Please note that all times listed in the schedules along Russian routes are listed as Moscow time and time of arrival or departure in foreign cities is listed as local time. Choose the train and the number of passengers.
On the next step, you will be able to either add more trains to your order or proceed to check-out. Please follow directions on your screen. If the chosen tickets are available, you will be taken to secure payment page. In case tickets are on request, your order manager will check availability and pricing and send you an email with ticket options and payment information. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
Once the tickets are paid, we will issue them within 24 hours on business days. E-tickets and semi-e-tickets will be sent to you by email along with ticket confirmation - this document contains complete information on your journey in English (the tickets are usually in Russian!) Paper tickets can either be picked-up at our offices (free of charge) or delivered to your hotel or home address (at extra fee).
We recommend printing our e-tickets before the trip. Semi-e-ticket has to be exchanged for a boarding pass prior to the trip at the train station. Paper tickets can only be used in original, no copies are accepted. Lost or damaged tickets cannot be reissued, so be careful once you receive your paper ticket and keep it in a safe place. To board the train, you will need to show your ticket along with your passport. Enjoy the trip!
