Russia and Republic of South Africa signed the bilateral agreement on Visa-free travel
On Monday, 6th of March, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia has announced that starting from 30th of March, the Visa will be no longer required for traveling between Russia and the Republic of South Africa.
According to the official publication of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, on 30th of March, the signed protocol on bilateral elemination of Visa requirements for the holders of foreign travel passports between Russia and the Republic of South Africa will come into force.
It is noted that citizens of Russian Federation and Republic of South Africa are able to travel to another country without a visa for a period of 90 days or less. New regulation is applicable for people coming for tourism purposes, whilst people traveling for business, education or residence purposes will have to apply for the Visa on usual basis.
