Afanasy Nikitin train is named in honour of famous Russian traveler and writer Afanasy Nikitin. The first trip took place in the 1991 along route Moscow - Vyborg, but then it was reduced to Moscow - Saint Petersburg.

The Express is a fast Moscow train with increased level of service running between Saint Petersburg and Moscow. The train has both 1st and 2nd class cabins.

Grand Express is the most luxurious train that operates between Moscow and Saint-Petersburg. The train has 1st, Premium, Grand, Imperial and Grand De Lux class compartments. First class consists of a cabin for 2 people including bed linen and a few magazines. VIP cabins are available including everything as in 1st class as well as a WC and sink. The Grand and Grand Delux cabins consist of a wardrobe, DVD, TV, air conditioner, internet access, heating and noise insulation, dressing gown and slippers (an entire compartment must be purchased - 2 tickets). This St. Petersburg train has a nice dining car that serves good meals. Also you can order food and drinks to compartment.
Grand Express train
Express train "Megapolis» ¹ 19/20 is operating between Moscow and Saint Petersburg daily since October 2006. The train consists of new modern kupe and SV carriages, released by the largest in Europe Tver Carriage-building factory.
Design details of the carraige interior and equipment were designed specifically for the company "Tver Express."

Nevsky Express (¹ 167/168) is a high-speed passenger train traveling between Moscow and St. Petersburg, which has been operating since 2001. It operates daily without any stops.
Train "Nevsky Express" consists of 11 cars (1st and 2nd class seats), a dining car and locomotive.
Railroad train "Nevsky Express" has armchairs, a business class fare includes meals, daily newspapers and toiletries.
Nevskiy Express train
This is a fast St. Petersburg train with increased levels of service called a "Firmenny" train. In summer this train goes between St Petersburg to Adler (The South of Russia) and during other periods it is used to carry passengers from Moscow to St Petersburg and back. 2nd class cabins are available, which consist of a cabin with a sleeping berth for 4 people. Bed linen, light breakfast, tee, coffee are included.
Northern Palmira train
The Red Arrow is probably the most famous Russian train. In Soviet times, it carried the Communist Party elite between Moscow and what was then Leningrad. It is still one of the most popular trains between Moscow and St. Petersburg. The train even has its own theme song that plays as it departs from the station. Smena train
Firmeny train Two capitals operates along route Moscow-St-Petersburg since the 2005. This train is less expensive in comparison with other trains along this popular route and it has 3rd class carriages. All the compartments have air conditioning and heating. Two capitals doesn´t make stops during the trip and it will take about 8 hours.

This train was recently renewed: the coaches are equipped with conditioners, microwaves and fridges. There are also compartments for handicapped people available. The 1st class coupes are equipped with TV and soft berths. The interior of compartments and the staff clothes are blue. There is also a restaurant in this train.
