Overview
A great choice for travelers coming to Riga for the first time. The Toss Hotel has preserved its historical character. Originally, the Toss Hotel building was built in 1859 as a flax factory and in its rooms, you can still find architectural features of past centuries. If you enjoy relaxing and fun, you can visit the billiard and bowling club Toss, where the World Bowling Championships take place. Each of hotel´s guests is granted a 15% discount for bowling games.
Directions
From the Airport you can reach the hotel by bus #22 - get off at the stop "Stockmann Center". Going out you should take tram #7 or 9 from the Central Market, stop "Central Market", and travel till the stop Kengaraga Street. Going out you will see Kengaraga Market in front of you. Cross the street, and you will see a blue sign "Toss Hotel, Billiard and Bowling Center" and Restaurant "Eiropa". Follow the sign. That will be Kengaraga Street, keep going straight ahead along this street about 50 m.
By car: From the City Center or Central Station you take Krasta Street near the river Daugava. Please keep driving along this street straight ahead, that will turn on Maskavas Street. After 100-150 m on the right side you will see a blue sign "Toss Hotel, Billiard and Bowling Center" and Restaurant "Eiropa". At that crossroad turn right, on the second crossroads turn right once again, and keep driving till the end of the Street, turn left to the big parking lot. Toss Hotel will be in front of you.
