We arrived exhausted from the airport very late at night and once we found the entrance and dragged our bags up 3 flights of stairs we were met by a young lady on duty Eva who made us welcome and arranged the for our registration at no cost and by the next day. We enjoyed our stay and felt safe with the security provided 24 hour and we were close to metro entrances and within walking distance of many important tourist sights and shops. Staff at this hotel were friendly polite and helpful
Didn't like:
We had difficulty finding the entrance at night time and only succeeded because a friendly local helped us. We didn't like the fact that a guest broke the no smoking rule and we are not sure that staff did anything about it.
