Breakfast with large choice. Away from tourist centre, good mixture of clientele.

Reception service very slow. Price of coffee at hotel bar extortionate.

more english or german info sighn in the hotel.no direction sighns from metro station to hotel.in latin capital letters.

the location and the room was excellent and so much better than expected. The service that was provided inside the hotel alone was incredible. The room was clean and had a very good cleaning staff.
Didn't like:
I was ignored in the registration line many times and several people i talked to in the hotel spoke rudely to me. This is an american concept to expect such things and I recognize that.
