very nice breakfast, and hotel price is reasonable
Didn't like:
a bit far away from subway, but it´s OK. Need pay for luggage storage service. Also, there´s no drinking water or kettle provided.

Before we booked we read that there is air condition in the rooms. But as i understand they speak about air condtion only for double de-lux rooms which are possibly 10 or 20 out of 900 rooms they have. And not only this but also in lobby or restaurant they don´t have any air condition or even ventilation. Maybe some fans on the roof or some windows to open. So, the temperature in the hotel was probably about 10 degrees more than outside. You cannot sit in hotel´s lobby or bar for a drink or a coffee or even just to rest (and in the room the same and worst situation). Somebody prefer to be outside of the hotel (even in the sun) instead in the hotel. The first day (and even and some other day) when we enter at first in the hotel, a (bad) smell like smell the worst kitchen, or restaurants when they have fried potatoes, ´´wellcome´´ us and nothing remind you that you go in a hotel but rather in a very cheap restaurant. The smell going even out of the hotel when the door is open. Many furnitures, specially some chairs in the rooms they look like is there since first days of this hotel (about 1968 if i am not mistake) and in some rooms they don´t have baskets to put the uneeded, or useless papers and other rubbish except only in the toilette. I am sorry i write all these but i believe that only with the truth even this is rather better to tell this so maybe change to the best the situation instead to say lies and continue the same.

The reception staff were not very helpful nor eager to serve. A tourist, who doesn´t have the working knowledge of Russian needs some preliminary information and orientation to the city which was not forthcoming. I didn´t feel very nice staying there.
