The living room features a comfortable king-size bed, a pull-out sofa, a coffee table and a TV set. There is a specially designed bar by the left-hand wall of the living room with a counter opening out to the kitchen, which gives the room a very relaxed atmosphere. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary conveniences, including a gas stove, a microwave, an electric tea-pot and a washing machine. There is a built-in wardrobe with large mirrors in the hall. In the bathroom there is a bath and a washbasin. The WC is separated from the bathroom. This apartment is

This area is the heart of the city with Nevsky Prospect, St. Petersburg´s main thoroughfare running nearby. The main railroad station – Moskovsky Station - is located in this area, so it is a very convenient place to stay in for travellers. The area is short walking distance from many of the city’s major attractions: the Hermitage Museum, the Russian Museum, the Cathedral of Our Lady of Kazan, as well as many others. There are many interesting architectural sites in this area. Take a walk and have a look at the various facades of many of the old buildings that date back to the XIXth century. Many of the city’s businesses are located in this area as are numerous restaurants and stores. If you are in the city during the White Nights season, between mid May and mid August, do not miss a chance to stroll along the embankment and watch the bridges across the Neva rise. It is really a spectacular site that you will never forget.

Cancellation policy is as follows:
- If the booking is cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival a 50 USD processing fee will be charged
- If the booking is cancelled less then 14 days prior to arrival 2 nights will be charged as a cancellation fee
- In case of no-show 2 nights will be charged as a cancellation fee
- A cancellation fee equal to 2 night's accommodation per apartment booked will also be applied if the guest moves out of the apartment before reserved departure time.
- All cancellations must be made in writing and sent by email.
