Smolenskaya area of Central Moscow
This apartment is located in a very well-known area of Moscow called Smolenskaya. The area is home to Old Arbat which leads to the Kremlin. Old Arbat is a pedestrian street full of small shops, cafes, theaters and home to a well known, high quality souvenir market. The area is also right on the Ring Road - Sadovaya street. Both sides of the street are full of businesses and restaurants including Impex Bank, the Golden Ring Hotel, El Patio pizza, Planet of Sushi, different coffee shops McCafe, Coffee House and more. - If the booking is cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival a 50 USD processing fee will be charged
- If the booking is cancelled less then 14 days prior to arrival 2 nights will be charged as a cancellation fee
- In case of no-show 2 nights will be charged as a cancellation fee
- A cancellation fee equal to 2 night's accommodation per apartment booked will also be applied if the guest moves out of the apartment before reserved departure time.
