This three room apartment is set on the 18th floor of a 24 storey building offering you a breathtaking panoramic view of the Moscow city center. Whatever brings you to Moscow- business or pleasure- you will find this apartment very convenient for both. There are three separate rooms in the apartments- two bedrooms and a living room. There is a double bed in one bedroom and there are two separate single beds in the other bedroom. In the living room you have everything you need to spend a restful time, including a sitting sofa and two armchairs, a TV and a big round table- ideal for family dinners together. There is also a pull out sofa here (if you have friends, staying over). The kitchen is very cozy and newly renovated. It also has everything you might need in everyday life - an electric kettle, a microwave oven, a stove, a little fridge, plates, glasses, pots, pans, etc. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub, a washing machine and a toilet. Arbatskaya/Borovickaya area of Central Moscow
The Arbat area in Moscow truly symbolizes the history of this great city, but it is also a symbol of modern Moscow. The area is situated between the Old Arbat, where every stone and every building has great historical ties reaching back as far as 500 years, and the New Arbat which is one of the most recently built streets in Moscow. On the Old Arbat you will find street performers, artists who are offering original canvas, creative souvenirs and Russian gifts. This enchanting pedestrian street also possesses a striking selection of cafes, restaurants and bars. On the lively New Arbat you will discover casinos, restaurants, bars, discos, night clubs and much more.

Smolenskaya area of Central Moscow
This apartment is located in a very well-known area of Moscow called Smolenskaya. The area is home to Old Arbat which leads to the Kremlin. Old Arbat is a pedestrian street full of small shops, cafes, theaters and home to a well known, high quality souvenir market. The area is also right on the Ring Road - Sadovaya street. Both sides of the street are full of businesses and restaurants including Impex Bank, the Golden Ring Hotel, El Patio pizza, Planet of Sushi, different coffee shops McCafe, Coffee House and more. Smolenskaya also is right by Kutuzovsky Prospect, one of Moscow´s most famous thoroughfares. This area is situated just west of the Kremlin. Red Square is within walking distance. When walking towards the Kremlin, you will pass many ancient monuments, theatres and other culturally interesting spots.

The apartment is extremely well situated. All of Moscow’s main attractions are nearby. It is only a 15 minute walk to the Kremlin and Red Square, 7 minutes to Smolenskaya subway, 8 minutes to Arbatskaya subway, 3 minutes to the famous Old Arbat pedestrian street, and about a 5 minute walk to the American embassy. You can see the skyscrapers of the world famous Expo Center (Krasnaya Presnya) and World Trade Center- the destination for most business people coming to Moscow from your apartment windows.
