A small and cozy studio in 12-15 minutes walk from Nevsky prospect, and just 5 minutes from Dostoevskaya metro station.
The windows of the apartment face a courtyard, so it is quiet in the apartment. The studio has just been renovated (May 2009) and it is a good choice for a couple or a small family with a child.

This area was formerly the haunt of the Russian writer Dostoevsky. His novel Crime and Punishment took place very near the place where you are staying. Walk the twisted, narrow streets of this region to get a feel of the St. Petersburg of the 19th century. You can also enjoy many of the other attractions that this area has to offer such as Nikolsky Cathedral, the Marinsky Theater the embankment of Canal Griboyedovna, or the rivers Moika or Fontanka. St. Isaacs Cathedral is also not far as is Russia´s main synagogue. This is a truly interesting and unique area of the city.

Cancellation policy is as follows:

If the booking is cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival a 50 USD processing fee will be charged
If the booking is cancelled less then 14 days prior to arrival 2 nights will be charged as a cancellation fee
In case of no-show 2 nights will be charged as a cancellation fee
A cancellation fee equal to 2 night's accommodation per apartment booked will also be applied if the guest moves out of the apartment before reserved departure time.
All cancellations must be made in writing and sent by email.
