Liked:
Location, attentive service; access to bar and restaurant; view of St Isaac´s church from our window was fabulous; breakfast buffet ; modern and well apppointed room
Didn't like:
We were unclear as to the policy for providing guests with bottled water as on the frist day we were told we could have as much as we needed, whereas on subsequent days, we we were advised thatt the limit was 2 bottles per person per day , and anything beyond that we would pay for. We spoke to Guest relations who resolved it for us
