The reception staffs were very friendly and helpful. we felt little bit far from the metro station, but walk distance to St.Isaacs cathedral, Hermitage and Nicholas Cathedral.
Hotel provided hot water in free of charge.
Didn't like:
Our room was on 8 floor and the upstair seemed a breakfast room, so we have to hear the sound of footsteps of staffs from 5 am...,but we could sleep again. We think that sensitive people cannot sleep well.
The menu of breakfast buffe was same everyday.
